Ya’ll a couple of weeks ago someone with this Twitter user name @pinklpinkk started following me. I love this person’s quotes and I followed in silence, so do they and I love it. This morning I’ve been listening to Pink’s CD “The Truth About Love” I love it. It’s like a charge to those like myself Love, the Love kinda LOVE has always been represented by pain and sometimes you just get tired or hurting and afraid of Love. This song to is like a battle cry to me. I love this woman’s strength and her undying determination to be all she can be inspires me.
I thought of my girl friends that are ot afraid to show their pissed off side. I love that they take a stand for what they believe and aren’t afraid to ruffle feathers and piss people off.

The concept of Pink Therapy zapped me the moment I saw her post, “Meet Me Under The Pink Trees.”
Pink was a love I had always nurtured quietly, thinking it was just for little girls, but something in her Pink Trees released a flood of soothing healing and I have Pinked boldly and proudly since that moment.

Like a caterpillar,
I shed my skin.
Peek out at freedom
flutter my wings
then try to crawl
back inside again.
The light’s too bright.
It’s gonna rain.
Will it hurt?
Where will I sleep?
I am afraid.
Will there be pain?
My wings I test.
Oh yes, they work!
I crash into myself
flying away from
a life that hurts.
My sister has flown solo
touching stars all night.
She helps me up
she dries my tears.

Still, I bury the torn larva
under a weeping willow tree
just in case…I hate free.
My sister is glowing
as she whispers to me,
“You can’t climb back
inside your cocoon
once you have tasted free.

and come touch
